American BioHealth Group LLC (“ABG”) is a targeted disease pharmaceutical company located in San Diego, California. The Company’s exclusive target market is individuals at risk for, and experiencing, hearing and balance disorders.
Noise induced hearing loss is the leading cause of hearing disorders in the world today.
We serve this medical need by introducing products using a three part medical approach:
1. Enhancing the intrinsic defense mechanisms of the cochlea before an acoustic or toxic insult.
2. Enhancing the reparative capabilities after acute injury but before permanent injury and chronic state is established.
3. Restoring chronic hearing loss.

Clinical Programs
ABG’s product pipeline is both robust and proceeding in cooperation with several US government agenicies such as the Department of Defense, US NAVY, US Army and others. There are also advancements being made in the university systems as well.
Together with our development partners, we have an extensive list of clinical trials completed, underway or planned in 2006/7/8.

Intellectual Property and Sub-Licensing Opportunities
ABG currently holds the exclusive license on an important patent authored and protected by the US Navy. Additionally ABG is actively searching for patents and/or technologies that will fortify the existing IP portfolio and product offerings. The clinical plan for 2006/7/8 supports the commercialization of the two patents. Provisional application has also been filed on proprietary formulations.
